The VIEW Tab Toolbar button adds a new WaveForm pane.

| The WaveForm pane displays the captured trace data as timing diagrams and graphs. This pane also displays analog signals from a digital storage oscilloscope. |

Click the button in the upper-left corner to close the pane.
|
| All setup values are saved when the pane is closed. The setup values are automatically opened when a pane is restored. So unused views can be temporarily closed until needed. Open and closed views are saved in the project files. A pane can be closed when a project is saved, and then restored after the project is opened later. |
| Fewer open views reduces the used system memory and increases the speed of the software. So it's best practice to close unused views until they're needed. |
