NCI is pleased to announce that LeCroy® chose the GoLogic-36 to implement their MS-32 Oscilloscope Mixed Signal Option. LeCroy integrated basic logic analyzer features directly into their scope interface. Therefore, NCI's logic analyzer software is not required to use the GoLogic with a LeCroy scope.

Of course, LeCroy customers are also welcome to download and use the GoLogic software found on NCI's Downloads page. The NCI software allows access to more advanced logic analyzer features such as State Analysis, disassembly, and serial bus analysis for I2C, SPI, and RS-232. Analog waveforms captured with LeCroy scopes can also be displayed with the NCI software. See our ScopeLink page for details.

LeCroy provides a custom lead-set with the MS-32 package. To keep their mixed-signal solution as simple as possible, this custom lead-set does not include the CA2 and CA3 'clock channel' inputs for Complex State Analysis to de-multiplex microprocessors like the 8051. If you need these advanced features, the GoLogic general-purpose lead set can be purchased from NCI for $300.

LeCroy MS-32 (the GoLogic) was #5 in the 2005 EE Times "Ultimate Products" consumer poll. Senior Technical Editor Alex Mendelsohn reviews of the MS-32 / WaveRunner combo in an EE Times article.

NCI no longer supports Windows 95, 98se, ME, and NT. The GoLogic version 5.x software cannot be installed on these platforms. The older version 4.34 can be installed and used under these older platforms. However, NCI cannot provide support for technical problems that may arise.
