| What is the GoLogic's™ warranty? |
The GoLogic™ logic analyzer unit has a warranty period of two years from the date of purchase. The lead sets, power supply, and other accessories have a warranty period of one year from the date of purchase. Our warranties cover defects in manufacturing and workmanship. NCI does not warrant damage from improper use or neglect. Contact NCI for more information.
| Is the GoLogic™ in stock? Can you ship overnight? |
All GoLogic™ models are normally in stock. However, always contact NCI for availability. Orders ship within one business day once credit is approved. We ship using UPS unless otherwise instructed. All prices are F.O.B. Huntsville, AL.
| Can I buy a GoLogic-36 and later trade up for a GoLogic-72 later? |
NCI does not offer a trade-in program for used GoLogic units. If you suspect you may need more than 36-channels in the future, it's best to buy a GoLogic-72 now.
